About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet with stakeholders, obtain and analyse business requirements, and translate them into functional requirements and functional design documents for system development tasks.
Support the delivery team in understanding the overall solution and application support requirements.
Support system and functional testing and deployments.
Ensure quality project delivery.
Identify implementation challenges and propose solutions or alternatives.
Explain unexpected issues or problems and provide possible solutions or alternatives.
Assess and explain the potential impacts of development projects on the existing system.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, solution discussions, and project reviews for internally and third-party delivered projects.
Work with remote, onsite, and customer teams to determine configuration, customisations, and integrations of business requirements.
Maintain awareness of current D365 versions and technology trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 or more years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services environment.
Knowledge and expertise in D365FO Finance, end-to-end supply chain management, and Operations.
Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, post-implementation support, and reporting.
Experience with General Ledger setup; GL migration experience advantageous.
Experience with budgeting modules from a Finance perspective.
Experience with D365 ERP and Shared Services.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners, teams, remote teams, onsite teams, and customer teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 certifications advantageous.
Proficiency creating Functional Design Documents.
Proficiency creating system and user test cases.
Proficiency understanding technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments.
