About the role
- Find business opportunities and manage team and customer relationships in Bandung, West Java District
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets and identify problems in the field and within the sales team
- Build and grow the sales team in line with management projections
- Manage recruitment and training of new team members
- Monitor daily activity of the team and ensure optimum productivity
- Proactively engage with sales team to resolve objections, issues, and customer inquiries
- Build strong collaboration within the sales team and strong relationships with customers
- Maintain and monitor sales progress and upselling results and suggest improvements
- Collect merchants’ feedback to improve merchant experience
- Drive sales initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure the team meets targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
- Good in communication and has strong selling skills.
- Must be an analytical thinker with keen problem-solving; process development, and improvement; as well as task planning and also familiar with Excel.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Energetic and ready to work under targets and pressure
