Requirements

What you’ll need

Law Degree preferred, Bachelors required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
Knowledge of NY court system
Knowledgeable as to premises liability law
Excellent negotiation skills
Highly skilled in trial preparation
Good knowledge of the law, settlement values, judges, adversaries, defense firms, venues
Knowledge of New York State Insurance Department regulations
