About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-impact marketing programs for the B2B manufacturing sector
- Understand clients’ businesses, goals, challenges, and industry landscapes
- Build marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes and growth opportunities
- Guide clients through strategy execution and manage expectations, feedback, and contributions
- Develop and continually advise on marketing strategies

- Analyze data, surface insights, and report findings clearly to clients
- Shift between strategic consulting and tactical campaign setup

- Challenge teams to focus strategically on client revenue outcomes
- Own client communications and keep clients on track
- Collaborate with the strategy director, senior strategists, and performance marketers
- Participate in weekly department meetings, professional development, and department responsibilities
- Lead client accounts and manage a full portfolio of client work
- Support strategic plan development and client retention
- Present account growth opportunities to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be based in the U.S.
- At least two years of experience in a strategic marketing role
- Experience running outcome-focused campaigns
- Experience working in marketing CRMs
- Knowledge of developing full-scale marketing programs
- Openness to testing new tools, including AI, to improve performance
- Confidence collaborating with C-level executives
- Ability to understand business needs, develop and advise on strategy, solve problems, and show results
- Tenacity and ability to have tough conversations with clients and teammates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to evaluate priorities with attention to detail
- Self-starting attitude and comfort figuring things out
- Comfort experimenting with AI-driven approaches
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Empathy and clarity when working with clients and internal teams
