About the role

  • - Develop and maintain high-load backend services;
  • - Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability;
  • - Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions;
  • - Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools;
  • - Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices;
  • - Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions;
  • - Write clear technical documentation.

Requirements

  • - 4+ years of commercial experience with **Python**;
  • - Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
  • - Solid experience with **relational databases** (PostgreSQL or similar);
  • - Experience **designing scalable backend systems**;
  • - Good written English (for documentation and communication);
  • - Native **Ukrainian** (spoken and written);
  • Would be plus
  • - Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);
  • - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
  • - Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.
