About the role
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial summaries;
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes (collect data, consolidate inputs);
- Monitor expenses and help ensure alignment with approved budgets;
- Prepare financial analysis (e.g. cost breakdowns);
- Support payment approval process and maintain financial documentation;
- Collaborate with outsourcing accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial data;
- Participate in process improvements and automation of financial reporting tools.
Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields;
- - Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
- - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
- - Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);
- - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- - English - B1 or higher;
- - Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet deadlines;
- - Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
