About the role
- We at GOpus are specialists in smart SAP add-ons and digital compliance solutions.
- Support our clients in the implementation, optimization and use of SAP DRC solutions.
- Conduct workshops, support procurement processes and deliver presentations as a subject-matter expert.
- Work closely with SAP FI/CO, SD/MM and, where applicable, add-on solutions such as GOpus® eInvoice.
- Assess existing invoicing and reporting processes and develop solutions that ensure compliance.
- Monitor international market and legislative developments and communicate relevant updates to the team and clients.
Requirements
- Implementation & Consulting: Deploy and customize SAP DRC solutions for our clients — nationally and internationally.
- Subject-matter Expertise: Advise on legal requirements for electronic invoicing and reporting (e.g., XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, PEPPOL, SAF-T, EU regulations).
- Integration: Work closely with SAP FI/CO, SD/MM and, where applicable, add-on solutions such as GOpus® eInvoice.
- Process Analysis: Assess existing invoicing and reporting processes and develop solutions that ensure compliance.
- Client Workshops & Presales: Run workshops, support procurement/tender processes and deliver presentations as an expert.
- Knowledge Transfer: Monitor international market and legal developments and share insights with the team and clients.
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods and a strong interest in international compliance consulting.
- Very good German and English language skills.
