Drive consistency across components and evolve our design system
Raise the bar on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
Set expectations around code quality, frontend structure, and UI craft
Collaborate closely with design and backend to deliver cohesive, high-impact releases
Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to increase development velocity and reduce friction

Requirements

8+ years of proven experience in a front-end development role
Deep proficiency in React (React 18), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
A track record of building and leading complex, user-facing product surfaces
Strong ability to implement pixel-precise, responsive interfaces directly from design files
Comfortable providing technical direction and elevating frontend standards across a team
Proven ability to optimize frontend performance and rendering efficiency
Bonus: Experience in fintech or AI-powered apps
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
