About the role

  • Shape our core AI framework and backend, taking full ownership of backend features
  • Build scalable, secure and high-performance systems integrating with AI while collaborating closely with product, data and engineering teams
  • Build robust backend services for AI systems (RAG, model orchestration, vector databases)
  • Design scalable APIs integrating LLMs and AI workflows
  • Ensure security, observability, and performance across our infrastructure
  • Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and testing
  • Participate in architecture and tech stack decisions
  • Document and share technical knowledge
  • Drive continuous improvement of our AI platform with innovative solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Node.js + TypeScript stack (NestJS/React)
  • Hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) with AI/ML integration (LLMs, RAG, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and security best practices
  • Experience with databases, authentication, and cloud platforms
  • Familiar with CI/CD, Git workflows, and agile methodologies
  • Strong technical communication
  • Agile mindset focused on product and business value
  • Ability to document architectural decisions
  • Balance between code quality and delivery speed
  • Technical English required
