About the role

Seamlessly managing multiple Programs/Projects end-to-end to ensure delivery on time, to brief and within budget.
Act as primary link between Program Managers and Creative Team and collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Comms and Data.
Lead capacity and workflow management of the Creative Team.
Briefing and managing external suppliers, freelancers and resources as required.
Expert use of Notion as a productivity and project management tool.
Maintain organisational oversight of all team resources within the Program Operations Team.
Propose and implement operational process improvements as the company scales.

5+ years of professional work experience in Project and Operations Management either at a tech start-up, product company or in the development sector.
In-depth knowledge of operational processes, planning and workflow management.
Proficient in Notion, Slack and Google Workspaces.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
A successful track record of owning workstreams and coordinating broad business efforts.
Strong communicator who enjoys working with colleagues and cross-functional teams from diverse international backgrounds and work experiences.
Comfortable working autonomously, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and deliver results under pressure.
Proactive and output driven, focusing on immediate results while contributing to long term strategy.
