About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to proactively address their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and strategy, to craft proposals and win new business.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions in alignment with client expectations and contract terms.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or escalations promptly.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution of projects.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve long-term client success.
  • Lead strategic planning discussions to align our services with clients’ future goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track key account metrics such as revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the digital product design, engineering, or IT consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, product design, engineering processes, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and a people-first approach to building relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
