About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to proactively address their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and strategy, to craft proposals and win new business.
- Develop account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions in alignment with client expectations and contract terms.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or escalations promptly.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution of projects.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve long-term client success.
- Lead strategic planning discussions to align our services with clients’ future goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Track key account metrics such as revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within the digital product design, engineering, or IT consulting industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
- Solid understanding of digital transformation, product design, engineering processes, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a people-first approach to building relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
