About the role
- Design new and rework existing game features and systems to improve key game metrics
- Propose improvements aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals
- Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate designs to the team
- Utilize AI tools in daily work to leverage output
- Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres
- Collaborate closely with the Empire Family Team and integrate ideas into live MMO titles (Goodgame Empire, Empire: Four Kingdoms)
Requirements
- Experience in Game/Systems Design or Product Management in free-to-play games
- Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and player behavior
- Aspiration to take ownership and get things done with a cost/benefit mindset
- Strong written and spoken English
- Able to work as a freelance/contractor
