Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Turn ideas into scalable product solutions for Independent candidates.
Organize user research and testing across a politically diverse user base.

Report to CPO and collaborate with design and engineering teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience building tech products.
Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and beyond.
Passion for users and conducting user research.
Experience with emerging AI tools and prompt engineering basics.
Analytical mindset with data and optimization skills.
Understanding of the American political system.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
