About the role
- Develop and grow a world-class team of Brand and Product Designers.
- Create design processes that champion an iterative, fast-paced, data-driven design philosophy.
- Partner with Product leadership to craft a product vision and lead execution.

- Champion the use of AI across your team to emphasize velocity.
- Design accessible interfaces for varying levels of user ability.
- Maintain high empathy in your team’s work.
- Report to the Chief Product Officer.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in consumer internet or SaaS companies.
- Experience managing a team of at least 3 direct reports.
- 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years as an individual contributor.
- Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Maze.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to tell stories.
