About the role

  • Report to the Chief Product Officer.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in consumer internet or SaaS companies.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 3 direct reports.
  • 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years as an individual contributor.
  • Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Maze.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tell stories.
