About the role
- Own and operate the marketing and sales operations stack end-to-end.
- Manage and improve candidate ID and lead generation operations.
- Serve as a senior HubSpot operator.
- Partner closely with Sales to improve sales ops infrastructure.
- Implement and refine lead scoring and lifecycle execution.
- Build and enforce campaign architecture and tracking standards.
- Audit, clean up, and stabilize existing marketing automation.
- Build, maintain, and enhance marketing and sales dashboards.
- Support analytics and tracking infrastructure.
- Improve outbound and lifecycle email operations.
- Document systems, workflows, and decisions.
- Collaborate on a fast-moving, results-driven team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales operations in a high-growth environment.
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise.
- Strong sales ops experience.
- Comfort operating across multiple systems.
- Proven ability to clean up and stabilize systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong QA instincts.
- Clear communicator and documenter.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
