About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the creation and formatting of sales materials, media kits, presentations, and digital creative
- Support the execution of station contests, promotions, events, street teams, and remote broadcasts
- Coordinate logistics and communication related to partner campaigns, production sessions, and promotional initiatives
- Support marketing and sales departments with campaign deliverables, pre- and post-sale reporting, and administrative processes
- Run routine reports for Marketing Consultants, including billing support, commercial schedules, and order confirmations in WideOrbit
- Gather and distribute airchecks, video clips, social content, and other partner deliverables as requested
- Maintain working knowledge of Salesforce and assist Marketing Consultants with reporting, tracking, and account support
- Provide sales and marketing administrative support, including sales order entry, copy trafficking, digital campaign coordination, Jira ticket coordination, invoicing support, and related paperwork
- Prepare and organize event and campaign recap materials
- Participate in marketing and sales brainstorm meetings and provide support for promotional initiatives
- Use research and AI tools to support team workflows and marketing efforts
- Support coordination of promotional inventory, station materials, and event preparation as needed
- Work GKB Milwaukee signature events and community events when needed
- Maintain brand grid documentation and communicate deliverables, asset needs, timelines, and execution updates to internal teams
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
