Traffic Manager, Paid Media Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and manage ad campaigns across major digital platforms
- Manage campaigns for clients across various industries
- Perform daily media management routines (planning, monitoring, and optimization)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and sales
- Install tracking pixels (Google and/or Facebook/Meta)
- Create URL tagging for campaigns (UTM parameters)
- Write ad copy and request creative assets from the design team
- Manage clients' daily budget allocation
- Prepare monthly reports for client presentations
- Analyze campaign and report data to identify adjustments and improvements
- Work collaboratively with members of other agency teams
- Client reporting and account servicing, responding to emails and participating in meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong writing skills
- Experience in client communication
- Experience managing paid traffic
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with campaign tagging (Google Tag Manager - GTM)
- Google and Facebook/Meta certifications
- Proficiency in using AI / LLMs to optimize workflows is essential
- Knowledge of traffic management for e-commerce
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
