Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to families and children
Counseling related to children with special needs, domestic issues, financial issues, housing, mental health
Act as a liaison between family and other health, mental health, and social service providers
Provide consultation in areas of parent/child interaction, family dynamics, mental health, domestic violence, and crisis intervention
Link families to community resources
Assess and monitor health insurance needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum BSW, MSW Degree preferred
PA License (LSW or LCSW) required
Early Intervention or related experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated
Experience working with young children, disabilities/developmental delays
