Key responsibilities & impact

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and financial data entry
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports
Process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
Handle document management and filing
Assist with email correspondence and basic client communication
Provide administrative support for daily business operations
Perform other accounting and admin-related tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
Experience with Australian accounting practices is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
Experience supporting Australian clients or businesses
Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
Background in administrative support or office coordination
