About the role
- Independently handle SAP support tickets in customers' SAP systems (ECC and S/4)
- Provide Application Management Services (AMS) in SAP Logistics
- Prepare and implement change requests and adjustments efficiently and reliably
- Process incidents and manage service requests
- Consult and train customers to maximize their SAP landscape
- Support customers in optimizing processes and solving complex challenges
- Liaise between project teams and AMS teams to ensure seamless support and smooth transitions
- Act as trusted partner and deliver leadership and problem-solving to clients
Requirements
- Technical focus in one of the main logistics modules MM, SD, PP, WM and overview of the entire landscape
- At least 5 years of experience in external consulting
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4
- Documentation expertise in projects or tickets
- Strong communication skills with end customers
- Unconditional willingness to learn
- Customer orientation and awareness of the service sector
- Strategically sustainable thinking and long-term cooperation awareness
- If possible, experience in team management including team communication, incentive systems, management systems such as OKR and motivation strategies
- Ability to explain complex relationships clearly
- Industry-independent
