About the role

  • Utilize AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI features, Uizard, or similar) to accelerate the creation of wireframes, layouts, and interactive prototypes.
  • Maintain a high "speed to delivery" by using generative tools to explore multiple design directions quickly before narrowing down the optimal solution.
  • Organize content and workflows to ensure logical and intuitive user navigation.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps, utilizing data-driven AI insights to validate user behaviors.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and aligned with project objectives.
  • Enhance usability and accessibility across web and mobile platforms, ensuring "fast" doesn't mean "sloppy."

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered design tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate assets, or expedite the wireframing process.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma; experience with AI plugins and automated design system management is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines through smart workflow optimization and tool mastery.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Must show examples of high-quality work with a focus on how you’ve optimized your design process for speed and scale.
