Key responsibilities & impact

Support UAT Strategy Development: Assist in developing and refining the UAT strategy
Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and development teams
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in UAT processes
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for UAT-related communications
Governance and Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UAT team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successful completion of a high school diploma is required
An Associate’s degree is required; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with Golden 1’s key vendors and products such as Fiserv (DataSafe, DNA) is a plus
Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices
