Key responsibilities & impact

Leads IT or enterprise initiatives with moderate to high scope and complexity.
Drives leaders across the enterprise to deliver value and achieve business strategies and objectives.
Shapes programs/projects to deliver business value with shorter iterations of project delivery.
Develops appropriate communication strategies and secures commitment for program/project decisions.
Sets project expectations and strategy; Ensures the development of organizational change plans and project financials.
Partners with program/project teams to identify opportunities for creating reusable artifacts.
Leads project/program teams to identify measurable business value to ensure metrics are gathered and business objectives are realized.
Identifies and manages interdependencies within projects and programs.
Develop Request for Proposals (RFP), including business needs and product/service expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other related area preferred
8+ years combined experience in project analysis, coordination, and management required
5+ years directly managing projects required
Experience managing moderate complexity projects end-to-end, preferably in a financial institution required
