About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise, assist, educate, and grow relationships with small businesses.
Work proactively to build and grow relationships with potential new members.
Lead training initiatives for branch teams to elevate business services awareness.
Collaboratively work with the Business Services Market Area Manager on products and marketing tactics.
Develop and implement initiatives that improve service capabilities.
Proactively develop sales strategies to attract new business opportunities.
Assist in scheduling member appointments and answer inquiries about business products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a four-year degree.
2 years of small business experience or 3-5 years of sales experience.
2 years of experience in Small Business banking experience, or 3-5 years of sales experience.
Proven experience managing a dedicated book of small business customers across assigned territory.
Member service focus with experience managing complex transactions across multiple systems.
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with members and internal partners.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of bank lending programs, credit policies, and specialty products.
Ability to educate and connect members to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
