About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws related to consumer lending
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound loan-related communications
- Manage an active pipeline of 40-50 applications at any time
- Perform quality control reviews to support loan funding and operational audits
- Collect, analyze, and validate relevant financial and identity documentation
- Foster positive work environment by responding to member and co-worker needs
- Identify, investigate, and mitigate potential fraud and suspicious activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- AA degree or some college preferred
- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced lending or work environment with high loan processing volume
