About the role
- Take full ownership of cases through its lifecycle, from initial assessment of a matter to resolution
- Diligent management of cases ensuring all deadlines are met
- Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff
- Use legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions protecting client interests
Requirements
- A proactive professional who is a member of the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
