About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Support process mapping, documentation, SOP creation, and version control
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and identify process improvements
  • Design, configure, and optimize workflows and processes
  • Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions and declarative automation
  • Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, sharing, security, and access
  • Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, integrations, and custom Salesforce functionality
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, monitor performance, and perform root-cause analysis
  • Support Salesforce releases and deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data and generate reports
  • Create training materials and deliver user training when applicable
  • Conduct system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
  • Work with vendors and technical teams on configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and new features
  • Manage tasks and projects using agile principles, backlog management, and sprint planning
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Support project management, task prioritization, timelines, and cross-functional communication
  • Pursue continuous learning and mentorship from senior analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or similar role
  • Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including Flow, security/access configuration, data management, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, APIs/integrations, and deployment tools
  • Ability to create and maintain high-quality business documentation and training materials
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, Excel, and/or visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management principles and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certification preferred
  • Prior experience in a regulated or healthcare-related industry preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce administration, Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs/integrations, and deployment/version-control tools
  • Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and professional licensure(s)
