About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility and drive safety forward
- On-site inspections: Support managers and teams by conducting precise risk assessments and advising on compliance with requirements.
- Planning and development: Create safety and occupational health plans, operating instructions and documentation tailored to specific requirements.
- Sustainability and fully digitized processes are an integral part of our approach in our paperless working environment.
- Practical knowledge transfer: Deliver trainings, motivate teams and introduce new initiatives to establish safety as a lived standard.
- Mobility and flexibility: Willingness to travel up to four days; your assignments are usually concentrated within a 150–250 km radius of your residence — nationwide assignments are rare.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist in accordance with Section 7 ASiG
- Desirable: Additional qualifications as Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) according to RAB 30, competent person for personal fall protection (PSAgA), inspector for lifting equipment (Anschlagmittel), rescue from heights and depths, etc.
- Relevant knowledge of occupational safety management and applicable legal regulations
- Experience conducting site inspections and preparing risk assessments
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and Teams
- Willingness to travel and a valid Category B driving license.
