Key responsibilities & impact

Support mapping, documentation and review of internal processes;
Assist in organizing and updating policies, standards and procedures;
Contribute to standardization initiatives and process/flow improvements.
Support the collection and organization of data for reports and dashboards;
Assist in monitoring area indicators (KPIs);
Contribute with basic analyses to track activities.
Support verification and organization of internal controls;
Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits;
Contribute to compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Assist with access and profile control routines;
Support the organization of supplier and contract-related information;
Contribute to tracking requests and initiatives within the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entry-level experience (6 months to 2 years) or exposure to activities related to Governance, Processes, Quality, Compliance, or administrative areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
Familiarity with or interest in BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
