About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain a trusting, long-term relationship with HR and learning & development stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ learning objectives and provide tailored recommendations.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and support them in using our platform.
- Analyze usage data and engagement reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Present results, share insights, and recommend actions to maximize training impact.
- Serve as the client’s primary day-to-day point of contact.
- Collaborate with sales, learning design, and technical teams (no technical implementation required).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or project coordination.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and solution-oriented.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with data analysis (and tools such as Excel and Tableau) and presentations.
- Experience in digital environments and/or SaaS solutions and strong English skills are a plus.
