About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain a trusting, long-term relationship with HR and learning & development stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ learning objectives and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and support them in using our platform.
  • Analyze usage data and engagement reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Present results, share insights, and recommend actions to maximize training impact.
  • Serve as the client’s primary day-to-day point of contact.
  • Collaborate with sales, learning design, and technical teams (no technical implementation required).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and solution-oriented.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with data analysis (and tools such as Excel and Tableau) and presentations.
  • Experience in digital environments and/or SaaS solutions and strong English skills are a plus.
