About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop your market territory through prospecting, identifying decision-makers, preparing proposals and closing deals
  • Qualify and understand prospects' critical business challenges, challenge traditional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations that highlight goFLUENT’s impact on organizations
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI of goFLUENT solutions
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams to close high-potential opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows and events
  • Travel within the territory to support your sales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience with SaaS and international markets is a plus
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization, including senior managers and C-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative, self-motivated and results-oriented profile in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, communicative, dedicated and adaptable
  • Active on professional social networks, especially LinkedIn
  • Relevant experience in Training, e‑Learning or HR services is a plus
  • Minimum English level B2 (interviews will be conducted in English)
  • Fluency in Portuguese
