About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the Mexican market (mid-sized and enterprise companies)
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, events)
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership, and C-suite)
  • Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding client challenges and positioning tailored solutions
  • Create and present compelling proposals focused on business impact and ROI
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimize pipeline generation
  • Represent goFLUENT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Mexico
  • Travel within Mexico as needed to support business development efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or similar roles
  • Proven track record in generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing full sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience using LinkedIn or similar prospecting tools
  • Minimum B2 level of English
  • Fluency in Spanish (required for the Mexican market)
  • Experience in SaaS, e-learning, HR tech, or services is a plus
