About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the Mexican market (mid-sized and enterprise companies).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (HR, L&D, leadership, and C-suite).
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
- Lead strategic business reviews focused on performance, impact, and ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning solutions to business goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive account growth.
- Support contract renewals and negotiate agreements.
- Represent goFLUENT in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities in Mexico.
- Travel within Mexico as needed to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, B2B sales.
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts (retention + expansion).
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, including senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Experience working with CRM tools and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Fluency in Spanish (required for the Mexican market).
- Experience in SaaS, e-learning, HR tech, or services is a plus.
