About the role
- Develop our Brazilian territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
- Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
Requirements
- Good to have SaaS and international experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
- Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
- Intermediate English, at least a B2.
- Portuguese fluency.
