About the role

  • Own the commercial strategy and drive sustainable business growth for Gnosis HQ.
  • Report to the CEO and work closely with the CEO and CTO to align revenue priorities with product and company goals.
  • Define, lead and execute the company’s revenue strategy in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead revenue generation functions, including sales, strategic partnerships, pricing model and customer success.
  • Build scalable revenue operations, including CRM, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Provide clear, data-driven forecasts and board-level insights.
  • Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure strong Go-to-Market alignment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, such as VP of Sales, VP of Revenue, or CRO.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience overseeing and scaling multiple revenue functions, including sales, partnerships, pricing, and customer success.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing revenue operations and infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, metrics, etc.).
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of B2B Go-to-Market strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Operational mindset with experience in scaling systems, processes, and teams for growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
