About the role
- Own the commercial strategy and drive sustainable business growth for Gnosis HQ.
- Report to the CEO and work closely with the CEO and CTO to align revenue priorities with product and company goals.
- Define, lead and execute the company’s revenue strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead revenue generation functions, including sales, strategic partnerships, pricing model and customer success.
- Build scalable revenue operations, including CRM, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
- Provide clear, data-driven forecasts and board-level insights.
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure strong Go-to-Market alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, such as VP of Sales, VP of Revenue, or CRO.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience overseeing and scaling multiple revenue functions, including sales, partnerships, pricing, and customer success.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing revenue operations and infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, metrics, etc.).
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of B2B Go-to-Market strategies and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Operational mindset with experience in scaling systems, processes, and teams for growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
