About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and streamline the monthly close process
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Reconcile key accounts: cash, AR/AP, payroll, and intercompany
Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights
Define and track metrics and KPIs that measure business performance in real time
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Collaborate with operations and department heads to analyze costs, margins, and performance by product, customer, and location
Prepare for and manage multi-entity consolidation, including upcoming acquisitions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or MBA preferred
6 to 9 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with time as Controller or Finance Director
Deep understanding of GAAP, SaaS/hardware revenue recognition, and multi-entity financial structures
Experience in a SaaS, recurring revenue, or tech-enabled services environment is preferred
Experience in PE-backed, investor-facing, or acquisitive companies is a plus
Proficiency with accounting systems, reporting tools, and Excel/Power BI-level analysis
