About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the People & Culture team with day-to-day operations
- Learn all HR tasks and processes
- Assist with recruiting activities
- Work with the HRIS Personio
- Maintain the corporate wiki
- Prepare presentations and research new topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (BWL), Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Interest in HR topics, ideally with some practical experience in the HR area
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style
- Very good German and English skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Availability up to 20 hours per week; up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
