About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as liaison between the Corporate Communications team and internal stakeholders to coordinate, develop, and execute communications strategy to achieve goals.
- Manage content for assigned Marketing channels, suggesting strategic changes and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update detailed content schedule (weekly, monthly, and yearly) for stakeholders and coordinate with the Corporate Communications team.
- Collaborate with other Marketing Department team members and management to align messaging and communication goals.
- Implement feedback and apply as needed to future assignments.
- Manage, research, and develop campaigns to align with best practices.
- Adhere to and enforce the style guide and brand guidelines to ensure materials are consistent, accurate, and timely.
- Contribute to and/or oversee special projects as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A. in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or other relevant degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong project management, copywriting, content development, proofreading, employee engagement, and research skills required.
- Working knowledge of project management and proofing tools.
- Experience developing clear, concise copy that aligns with brand voice and tone.
- Experience with M365 and PC operating systems.
- Ability to manage multiple revision cycles and incorporate feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with teams across multiple levels.
- Workfront, Workday, Airtable, Canva, SnapComms, and Intranet platforms experience a plus.
- Ability to be a creative thinker and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Flexible and able to switch focus to different projects when business demands change.
- Ability to prioritize, communicate progress, and deliver projects on time.
- Ability to autonomously investigate/research information needed for projects.
