About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage benefit controls and purchases (meal vouchers/food vouchers/transportation vouchers — VA/VR/VT);
  • Provide employee support;
  • Payroll processing;
  • Time and attendance management;
  • Experience with hiring/onboarding processes;
  • Termination/severance calculations;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Punctuality;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of the Senior system (Senior HR/payroll software);
