Develop and enhance web applications in PHP
Implement integrations between systems
Participate in the technical refinement (grooming) of requirements
Ensure code quality and maintain an organized codebase
Assist in identifying improvements and fixes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT or related fields
Strong experience with PHP (7.4+ or 8.x)
Experience with frameworks such as Laravel
Experience developing APIs and system integrations
Experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs
Experience developing with MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture
Knowledge of development best practices (Clean Code)
Familiarity with SOLID principles
Ability to structure code with separation of concerns
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, complex queries)
Basic knowledge of data modeling
Knowledge of basic query optimization
Experience with source control using Git (Azure DevOps or similar)
Experience with web application environments
Basic server configuration knowledge (Apache or Nginx)
Basic knowledge of web application security (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, input validation)
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Analytical ability to understand business rules
Good communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders
Technical organization and discipline
Ability for continuous learning
Previous experience with web applications
