Mid-Level Test Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and keeping the system test strategy up to date
- Build the artifacts required to execute tests
- Keep test scripts and artifacts updated
- Monitor the development of requests from their inception
- Anticipate all actions necessary to ensure correct test execution
- Support the implementation of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Validate deliverables produced by development teams
- Plan and execute tests (functional and non-functional) according to requirements
- Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications
- Support acceptance activities of requirements by the business/user manager
- Promote continuous improvement of CAIXA application quality
- Work together with the Certification team appointed by CAIXA
- Ensure traceability (vertical, horizontal, and/or bidirectional)
- Manage and generate test data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology fields; OR a Bachelor's degree in any field plus a specialization in Information Technology.
- Certifications: Obtain at least one of the certifications below, or an equivalent:
- ATC – Certified Test Analyst from IBQTS (Brazilian Institute for Quality in Software Testing).
- CBTS - Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS (Latin American Software Testing Association) or equivalent.
- CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB).
- CTFL-AT - Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester (BSTQB or ISTQB).
