About the role
- Assist the Product Owner in decomposing business needs, identifying the requirements generated or impacted in systems as user stories to begin sprint execution.
- Perform activities related to the definition, management and engineering of system requirements according to current system development processes (web, portals and mobile applications).
- Facilitate, map and propose solutions for business needs.
- Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them.
- Responsible for analyzing problems reported by users and business managers, identifying business needs, the system’s functional and non-functional characteristics, and for identifying, organizing, documenting and managing changes to requirements.
- Make necessary updates to all previously produced documentation, including business maps, process designs and specifications of functional and non-functional requirements for the automation of mapped processes.
- Execute activities appropriate to your level of seniority, ensuring quality, traceability and technical compliance.
- Meet deadlines and goals agreed upon in the work plan.
- Work collaboratively with other roles on the contract.
- Produce technical evidence for the deliveries made.
Requirements
- Knowledge of: preparation of manuals (technical, system and user), BPM notation, databases (basic), and the Portuguese language (excellent written communication skills).
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban or Lean IT methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT tools and solutions to address business problems, with the ability to identify IT services that can be reused across different business areas or stages of a business process.
- Experience in requirements analysis using UML and object-oriented analysis and design.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and process concepts, user-centered design and agile methods.
- Proficiency in business analysis practices, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concepts and agile requirement techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including MS Visio.
- Experience with collaborative development environments and version control systems.
