About the role

  • Detailed analysis of tender documents, identification of risks, and development of mitigation plans.
  • Structuring cost spreadsheets and pricing for IT outsourcing services, especially for software factories, IT infrastructure services, and security.
  • Providing technical information to the legal department for objections, appeals, and responses.
  • Preparing requests for clarifications to procuring entities.
  • Conducting technical inspections, price research, and supplier consultations to properly size and cost services.
  • Defining solution architectures and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Preparing quotes and responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ballpark estimates, ensuring proposal competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ongoing interaction with technology partners to design and architect optimal solutions.
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert and technical reference for the sales team and other company areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Advanced written and verbal English.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Information Security, or IT Infrastructure (preferred).
