About the role
- Support the Human & Organizational Development (DHO) team in activities such as:
- Training and Development
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and lectures.
- Manage attendance lists, certificates, and records using spreadsheets and systems.
- Help with logistics for development events (invitations, rooms, materials).
- Onboarding and Employee Journey
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials.
- Monitor new hires' first days using simple surveys and reminders.
- Support welcome communications and entry rituals.
- Internal Campaigns and Engagement
- Assist in creating, communicating, and executing internal engagement campaigns (commemorative dates, themed actions, recognition campaigns).
- Help organize internal events and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback on campaigns and activities.
- Emotional Well‑being, Culture, and Career Programs
- Support the promotion of Emotional Well‑Being initiatives (content, communications, care and wellness actions).
- Assist with activities related to Organizational Culture (values, behaviors, internal rituals).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
