About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large and complex datasets related to maritime/container risk
Develop insights and data models to support product features
Work with Python and Jupyter Notebook for data exploration and analysis
Collaborate closely with developers (Node.js, React, AWS stack)
Contribute to an AI-driven development environment, leveraging tools like Claude, Cursor, etc.
Support data validation and quality processes (team handles QA independently)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Experience working with Jupyter Notebook
Experience working with large datasets and data modeling
Practical experience using AI tools for coding and analysis (e.g., Claude, Cursor, OpenText)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have - Experience in maritime, logistics, or risk analysis domains
