About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing fintech project. This role will play a key part in building secure, reliable, and automated cloud infrastructure while ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of production systems.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
  • Manage production deployments with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and zero-downtime practices.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health, observability, and proactive incident response.
  • Ensure robust security practices, including encryption, access management, and compliance with fintech industry standards.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support development and data workflows.
  • Deploy and manage MLflow pipelines and support machine learning model operations.
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer (preferably in fintech or other highly regulated industries).
  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift).
  • Strong expertise in production deployments and maintaining high-availability systems.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining MLflow pipelines.
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash).
