About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing fintech project. This role will play a key part in building secure, reliable, and automated cloud infrastructure while ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of production systems.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
Manage production deployments with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and zero-downtime practices.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health, observability, and proactive incident response.
Ensure robust security practices, including encryption, access management, and compliance with fintech industry standards.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support development and data workflows.
Deploy and manage MLflow pipelines and support machine learning model operations.
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer (preferably in fintech or other highly regulated industries).
Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift).
Strong expertise in production deployments and maintaining high-availability systems.
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
Experience with deploying and maintaining MLflow pipelines.
Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash).
