About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build features with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Deliver migration projects and AI-first experiences, including assessments, feedback, expectations, and manager journeys
Work closely with Figma and the design system (Nub/5 / Tailwind)
Integrate with APIs, including authentication, loading and error states, and long-running AI workflows
Use AI coding tools daily to move faster while maintaining ownership of quality, architecture, and code reviews
Define frontend standards and help the team ship high-quality work
Deliver product UI, raise the bar for frontend craft, and lead initiatives with Product, Design, and Backend

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong React and TypeScript skills for complex product UIs
Design system craftsmanship, including tokens, accessibility, and Figma fidelity
End-to-end ownership, from scoping through pull request to shipping
Fluent English for specifications, pull requests, and asynchronous collaboration
Effective use of AI in your workflow, such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude—you direct the work; AI accelerates it
Experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer
Nice to have: Next.js App Router experience
Nice to have: Experience with HR, performance management, or back-office products
Nice to have: Experience designing AI-powered product UX, including drafts, chat, and human-in-the-loop workflows
