About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for strategic and technology positions, from resume screening to the final offer
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent attraction strategies
  • Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive hunting, and specialized networks) to identify and attract top professionals
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by delivering an agile, transparent process aligned with company culture
  • Analyze market and competitor trends, providing insights and improvements to selection processes
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement, using metrics and data to optimize recruitment
  • Active sourcing (LinkedIn, networks, direct outreach)
  • Interviewing and assessment techniques
  • Candidate funnel management
  • Persuasion techniques (job selling)
  • Managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Understanding IT profiles (tech stacks, certifications, working models)
  • Ability to translate technical IT requirements into selection criteria (technical and behavioral)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience recruiting technical profiles
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, tech communities)
  • Experience with ATS (Quickin or similar)
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and independently assess fit of tech profiles
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-driven culture
  • Results-oriented profile, with a sense of urgency and autonomy to work in high-demand environments
  • Experience in scale-ups or fast-growing technology companies
  • Experience building talent pipelines for recurring positions
