About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for BI data extractions and dashboards through analysis, report design and development, and defining and monitoring KPIs.
Knowledge of development languages and experience in extracting and processing data from databases across multiple platforms.
Analyze and optimize processes with a focus on improving efficiency, quality and productivity.
Conduct analyses of technical issues and product rules (in insurance), including regulatory, legal and data quality aspects.
Define work process models to meet regulatory and control requirements; prepare and deliver internal training to broaden knowledge or improve the Operations team's skills in areas requiring upskilling.
Also responsible for extracting, sorting and analyzing information to support decision-making.
Produce and prepare reports, operational metrics and performance results.
Monitor projects together with IT, Product and other internal teams.
Review generated reports monthly, identify needs and develop improvement proposals.
Assess and provide necessary support for demands and findings from SUSEP, internal and external audits, Compliance, and other requests related to the document issuance process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced Office suite skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance companies in the activities mentioned.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organized, dynamic and proactive.
Knowledge of BI – Business Intelligence (report building, data extraction and processing).
Advanced English is a plus.
