About the role
- Develop and maintain WhatsApp chatbots on the Blip platform
- Build conversational flows using Blip Builder
- Implement and maintain integrations via APIs (REST/HTTP) with internal and external systems
- Create and manage WhatsApp message templates (HSMs)
- Work with variables, conditions, events, and actions in the Builder
- Support activation, testing, and evolution of the WhatsApp Business API channel
- Monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements
- Collaborate with business and CX teams to define customer journeys
- Ensure adherence to Meta/WhatsApp policies and conversational best practices
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Blip platform (Take Blip)
- Experience creating flows in Blip Builder
- Knowledge of the WhatsApp Business API
- Experience with REST/HTTP integrations
- Experience working with JSON
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of version control and flow testing
